Background

As one of the leading life & health insurance companies in the Asia Pacific, the client was looking for a roadmap & holistic solution pack in order to create a cohesive health service experience.

The project objectives include:

  • Uncover opportunities with solid research data support

  • Create a blueprint that contains both actionable recommendations & future-proof concepts

  • Get market stakeholder buy-in during the discovery processes

Role & Responsibilities

Working closely with 4 key Asia markets, Candice and her team conducted research activities in the local markets with customers, agents as well as medical providers. Candice is mainly in charge of identifying market practices based on business vision, rapidly creating screen-level concepts & building prototypes, and iterating concepts through user testings.


The Design Journey

cO-CREATE WITH STAKEHOLDERS

We hosted stakeholder workshops to understand business priorities & concerns. The insights gathered from those workshops were used for the roadmap planning.

Rapid Concept creation & prototyping

We worked closely with the research team to bring design concepts to life.

Concept validation WITH USERS

We conducted guerrilla testings regularly to gather insights for the design concepts.
