Background
The customer portal revamp project is aiming at driving self-service habits for insurance policy management. The website functions as a centralized platform that offers online services across Asia Markets to cater needs of different users that range from beginners to savvy financial professionals.
Project objectives include:
Establish a service hub that encourages online self-service adoption
Generate a clear & future-proof information architecture that facilities quick & easy information accessing
Build a consistent design language across different regions
Role & Responsibilities
Candice leads the design team to craft the experience for developed Asia markets (Hong Kong & Singapore). Her responsibilities include resource & timeline management, research planning, business requirements clarification, insights analysis, hands-on wireframe & prototype creation. She manages vendors directly in this project too.
